Shipping + Terms & Conditions

Please note that if your shipping is significantly higher than our flat rate you may be asked to pay extra or offered a refund on your order, especially in the context of sales.
Regular shipping terms:
We aim to ship all items within three business days. If a delay occurs in shipping your order from us longer than five business days, we will upgrade your order to express post free of charge.
Please note that this does not apply to pre-orders. If you purchase a pre-order item your items will be shipped after said item is in stock.
Please note that Phoenix Bath and Body is a small business run by one person (myself) who also works full time so delays can happen, however this is rare. If this does occur, you will be notified and your order shipped express.
As of 2022, I've added an extra packer to the mix! So there will now be two of us packing orders.
We do offer express as a shipping method and are located in Western Australia, so please consider this prior to selecting your shipping method if you need your order quickly. Please note that this is purely a shipping method and does not increase our turn around time.
Shipping Partners:
As we ship with a range of carriers (both Australia Post and Couriers) we are unable to give estimates on delivery times. Once the package is taken by the carrier it is out of our hands. As we ship with couriers, some carriers require that your order be left at your front door if you are not home when they arrive.
Please note that if your item is stolen after it is delivered, lost in transit or damaged we can not take responsibility for it. You are able to open a case with the carrier if any of these problems occur. Please note that if an item is damaged in transit, some carriers will require you to keep the item and shipping packaging for their investigations. If you require your package not to be left at your doorstep - please select the signature on delivery option at the checkout. Touch wood, we have not had any of these issues happen yet!
Covid-19 Pandemic:
Please remember that shipping times have increased with all shipping partners during the Covid Pandemic. Unfortunately we have no control over this and delays may occur.
Mystery Boxes:
Please note that when ordering mystery boxes, your order will be packed together in the box. If ordering multiple boxes they may all be packed together.
Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of the products we sell, returns are not accepted due to change of mind, so please choose carefully.
If you request a refund prior to your order being packed/shipped, you will receive a refund less a mandatory 10% restocking fee of your total order (including shipping). This is to cover our time and non-refundable fees charged to us by payment providers.
In the case that we do accept a return for change of mind, the return shipping fee must be paid for by the customer and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
*Please note that as all items are handcrafted the item that appears in the picture may differ slightly to the item that you receive. Handcrafted items in essence are not perfect and may have inconsistent colours, designs, weights and variances (such as soap might have small air pockets). We believe that this only adds to the brilliance and originality of handcrafted items. 
We try to source all supplies locally to support other local businesses. We endeavour to recycle all packaging (such as shipping boxes, etc.) to remain environmentally friendly. All product packaging is new and sterilised.
